We created this challenge because everything listed above has either been us in the past, or is something we are currently experiencing.
This world is busy, the hustle to just be “okay” is real and our need in this modern world to step away from the ever expanding stimulation is at an all time desperate high.
We’ve witnessed friends and family take on things like the 75 hard challenge and although people go from 0-100 with their motivation and results, we’ve only seen it as an inevitable burn out in the making. Going “hard” for 75 days in a row is not sustainable, especially when the thing needed most is the opportunity to learn how to listen to your body, energy levels and lean into the longevity of your self-development journey and adopt it as a lifestyle rather than a crash diet or fad.
