WHAT WE BELIEVE
We are all moving way too fast through life and missing the magic of details that exist in the simplest of ways, through our breath, a loving glance, and quiet moment to self.
Our intention is to serve gentle, mindful encouragement that there is solace to be found by retreating inward, disconnecting, unplugging and slowing down. For the betterment of the way in which we exist in our bodies, to the footprint we leave on this planet, Kineo is our gesture and offering of mindful intention.

We care deeply about the planet and creating a business that not only gives back to people but is deeply conscious of our impact on the planet and footprint we may leave.
We are constantly seeking ways to become a greener and more sustainable brand. We are proud to print all of our journals on recycled and FSC certified paper and package every item in biodegradeable and recycled materials.
We are also thrilled to share that we’re partnering with One Tree Planted. For every journal sold, one tree will be planted.
Trees clean our air and water, create habitats for biodiversity, contribute to our health and wellbeing, and offset our energy consumption. We’re honored to contribute to reforestation through One Tree Planted as an integral part of our business.

The Founders
Forest is an artist to his core. He began his career as a woodworker and furniture designer and over time acquired the skills to create not only the pieces that make your house a home, but the house itself.
His embodiment as a Sacred Breath Facilitator has aided his soul calling to provide guidance and teachings from deep within. He surrendered to the creation of Kineo after years of manifestations coming to life and awakening to his inner knowing, potential and craving to create more than tangible pieces, but hope and encouragement to all of whom cross his path.
Rachelle has navigated through her practice as an energetic bodyworker and Sacred Breath Facilitator to find herself and feminine strength as a new mom.
Her desire to translate her previous work into a new form of offerings and awakenings led her to the embodiment of Kineo. With her values and passions to contribute to communities, self awareness and this planet for the betterment of our future here, her flame for positively impacting these areas is only increasing.
